What happen's if the problem is a regular occurrence?
With technology you can never be too sure, new problems occur all the time, depending on the device however if the same problem persists after a tech friend has looked at the said device we will waive any charges on the third visit.
If the problem is something that needs constant attention? you may want to look into our monthly support plan as an option.
Can you wall mount a smart t.v?
Unfortunately, we are not insured for installations that involve hanging or mounting of any device, however, we can set up the device ready for you to use.
Do I need the instructions for my device?
This is not essential, however, it could help depending on the problem of the device.
